Molpus Adirondacks
overview
With the purchase of this nearly 70,000-acre property in 2014, Molpus became the largest private landowner in New York’s iconic Adirondack Park. Protected from development by New York Department of Environmental Conservation easements granting public recreation access, the property is managed under the Sustainable Forestry Initiative (SFI) and Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) certification programs. The Grasse River runs through the property and is a popular destination for anglers and canoers.
