As the compliance market for US and Canadian forest carbon offsets grows, Finite Carbon is expanding our project development team. Finite Carbon is the leading developer of compliance forest offset projects in the US with 33 projects representing 2.6 million acres either registered, listed, or under development.
Finite Carbon is seeking a GIS Manager to assist to assist in project development and database management as our company continues to grow. The successful candidate will have a BS in forestry or closely related degree and an MS in GIS or related field. Required skills and experience include 2-5 years in GIS technologies, timber cruising and inventory design or statistical sampling, and GIS accounting and database management or computer programming.
